Who We Are
Emmaus Road Ministries is a Christian teaching and discipleship ministry committed to helping believers develop a mature faith that speaks to the whole of life.
Based in Zambia, the ministry serves the church through leadership development, writing, radio, video, and practical resources. Its work grows from decades of ministry experience in Africa and a continuing concern that Christians not only know what they believe, but learn to see and live within God’s reality.
Our desire is to help believers follow Jesus with an undivided faith in their homes, work, churches, communities, and public lives.
What We Do
Leadership Development
We help churches and Christian leaders grow in biblical character, cultural understanding, and faithful service. Our goal is to encourage mature leadership that reflects Jesus Christ and serves people with wisdom, integrity, and humility.
Biblical Worldview & Christian Formation
Helping believers learn to see and live within God’s reality as revealed in Scripture. Through teaching, discipleship, and practical application, Emmaus Road Ministries encourages a mature Christian faith that shapes how we think, choose, work, relate to others, and engage the world around us.
Books
Our books help believers develop a mature Christian faith that speaks to the whole of life. Through biblical reflection and practical application, they encourage readers to think Christianly, grow in discipleship, and live faithfully in the world God has created.
Media
Through radio and video, we bring biblical teaching into the questions and pressures of everyday life, helping believers think Christianly about the issues they face and live out their faith with greater clarity and confidence.
Books for Learning to Live Christianly
Books and study resources designed to help believers develop a mature Christian faith that shapes the whole of life.
This book explores how Christians have often reduced faith to personal belief and preparation for heaven, while losing sight of God’s larger purpose for creation. It invites believers to recover a biblical understanding of the world, their place within it, and the calling to live faithfully under God’s authority.
This practical study guide helps believers connect Christian faith with everyday life. Designed for individuals, Bible studies, mentoring, and small groups, it encourages readers to examine how faith shapes their work, relationships, choices, responsibilities, and participation in God’s world.
Teaching for Everyday Christian Life
Through radio, video, and recorded teaching, Emmaus Road Ministries helps believers think biblically about the questions, pressures, and responsibilities of everyday life.
Battle for the Christian Mind
A weekly Radio Christian Voice program exploring how Christian faith speaks to the questions, pressures, and responsibilities of everyday life. Through biblical reflection and practical conversation, the program helps believers think Christianly about the issues shaping family life, work, culture, relationships, and the wider world. The program is also shared through Facebook Live video.
Biblical Worldview: Learning to See and Live in God’s Reality
An introductory video course designed to help believers understand biblical worldview as the growing ability to see and live within God’s reality. Through Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Restoration, the series explores how new birth, the Holy Spirit, and Christian discipleship reshape the way we see and live.
